From November 28 to 30, 2017, the SPS IPC Drives will welcome its visitors. The STW team looks forward to meet new and existing customers at the new stand. Focus are the solution worlds for the digitalization, automation and electrification of mobile working machines.
At this year's Agritechnica, both existing customers and visitors will experience a revitalized STW – presenting at a new level of sophistication, with inspired perspectives into the future of mobile machines. Our exhibition team is leading visitors through the STW world of solutions for the digitization, automation and electrification of mobile work machines.
STW will be showing new and exciting developments at this year's Agritechnica in Hall 15 at Stand F49 from 12th to 18th of November. Experience the digitalization, automation and electrification of agricultural machines in our "SymonE" test vehicle.
With the BCX family, Sensor-Technik Wiedemann (STW) is presenting a new generation of on-board control units for mobile machines which combine the distribution of energy in the cabin with monitoring and control functions.
During the development, maintenance and efficient operation of a mobile machine, many different interested parties become involved with the product along its life cycle.
At the Agritechnica 2017 in Hanover, Sensor-Technik Wiedemann (STW) will be presenting the first representatives of its fourth generation of controls for mobile applications. The ESX-4CS-GW stands out as a freely-programmable communications gateway due to its new processor architecture, and is supported through the innovative STW development environment openSYDE. At the same time, STW is introducing a new housing concept.
Sensor-Technik Wiedemann GmbH (STW) is to present its comprehensive competence as a supplier for electrical and electronic (E/E) components, modules and system modules with the “SymonE” system demonstrator. “SymonE”, thus making the interaction of data, signals and electricity the focus of this year’s trade fair stand by STW at the Agritechnica in Hanover.
Sensor-Technik Wiedemann (STW) is presenting the first extension boards for their VSX display family at this year’s Agritechnica in Hannover. The VSX displays in sizes 8”, 10” and 12” are available today in the Basic, Advanced and Professional equipment versions. The Kaufbeuren-based company Sensor-Technik Wiedemann (STW) GmbH has this autumn for the second time received the “Supplier of the Year” award after winning it in 2015 from Maschinenfabrik Krone GmbH, one of the leading manufacturers worldwide in the agricultural technology sector. The award positions STW as the best supplier in the category Electronics. After Krone and STW had collaborated for many years, Krone selected STW at the beginning of 2011 as their development partner and series supplier for a new Krone control unit platform. The KMC central control units are specific versions of the STW product series ESX-3XL or ESX-3XM, and have been developed for applications in highly adverse environments. The Krone applications are also subject to requirements regarding their functional safety. The J1939 slave module “KMB motor bridge” manufactured by STW according to Krone specifications was also marketed by STW as the standard product ESX-MBC. STW also meanwhile supplies the series control units to Krone for various shredder and baling press series. The use of these units in other Krone machines is being introduced successively. “In addition to its technical competence, STW particularly convinces us with its consistently high quality and production regulations“, says Georg Sasse, Procurement Manager at Krone.
At this year’s AGCO supplier day in March, the German based company Sensor-Technik Wiedemann (STW) was awarded the „Supplier of the Year“ prize in the category of Quality.
With focus on solutions for connectivity and data management STW will exhibit at the 2nd Connected Off-Highway Conference in Duesseldorf, organized by the VDI.
