The BMS kit provides an ideal basis for initial prototype constructions and small series. Together with the cell sensor circuit (STW.csc), it maps all necessary battery management and safety functions. It represents a development basis for customized battery management systems on an industrial scale. Using the BMS tool chain, you can adapt the BMS precisely to your battery system.
Wiring topology, cell characteristics, temperature characteristics, discharge characteristics, limits and time characteristics of the safety functions and the interface to the vehicle can be adjusted within extensive ranges. The tool chain and the BMS together guarantee that the safety characteristics you specify are actually implemented. In addition to the key components of the BMS, we offer you a comprehensive selection of accessories right up to complete BMS kits. These include contactors, pre-charging modules, load resistances, filter assemblies and connector sets. The BMS facilitates the safe operation of lithium-ion batteries up to 800 V. It supports different ESS (Energy Storage System ) topologies - single-battery and multi-battery systems for larger plants and systems.
