We offer a series of power converters in our powerMELA portfolio for the conversion of the DC intermediate circuit voltage into the type of current and the voltage level required by the consumer.
DC-DC converters are available for the supply of the on-board network, which transform the DC high voltage to 12 V / 24V / 48V depending on the vehicle. The DC-DC converter can be parameterized via the CAN bus.
The inverters convert the DC intermediate circuit voltage into AC voltage, and have been designed for the control of generators as well as of main and auxiliary drives. The inverters are designed for four quadrant operation and can be controlled via CAN bus with nominal values for controlling the torque, voltage and speed. The inverters are available in two different variants. The first variant is required to control a 6-phase motor with a power of up to 160 kW, and the second for the control of two independent 3-phase motors with a power of up to 80 kW each.
We are proud of our products and solutions, but they really reveal their true colors when used by our customers. Whether digitalized, automated or electrified – mobile machines repeatedly delight with new innovations, in particular in terms of their user-friendliness, reliability and ability to integrate into work processes. Thanks to our customers, we are delighted to present a small selection here.
Our objective is to support our customers in all aspects concerning the digitalization, automation and electrification of their mobile machines. We consider the entire machine lifecycle and develop our STW product and service portfolio in alignment with this lifecycle. The ECO system, an open and holistic approach, facilitates the cross-topic integration of STW solutions. Furthermore, our product approach facilitates functional expansion through partner offers and hybrid, integrated products based on our system module.
