PSIRT - Product Security Incident Response Team

The Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT) of the Wiedemann Group manages the testing and disclosure of security gaps and vulnerabilities. If new potential threats are identified in connection with our software products, we immediately provide recommendations for action and/or updates.

Reporting security vulnerabilities

You can help to make our software products even more secure by reporting vulnerabilities and potential risks to us.

Please send an e-mail to our PSIRT (psirt(at)wiedemann-group.com) with the following information:

  • Product line
  • Vulnerable version
  • Type of vulnerability (if available include the CWE-ID, CVE-ID)
  • Name of your organisation
  • email address
  • Phone number
  • Country

As information on vulnerabilities and suspected vulnerabilities is critical, we would like to ask you to send us this information in encrypted form. Please use our PGP or s/MIME key to encrypt the information when reporting a potential security breach to the Wiedemann Group PSIRT.

If you are contacting the Wiedemann Group PSIRT for the first time or if your PGP or s/MIME key has changed, please attach your public key to your initial e-mail to enable end-to-end encryption without unnecessary delays.
