Specially developed solutions such as the Safety Assist, a camera-based safety assistant that is BG-Bau71-ready, and the Safety Zone, which enables LiDAR-based safe environment detection, pave the way for greater safety and efficiency in the operating environment. Software features include a seamless 360° surround view from four cameras, AI-based object recognition of people, and the ability to switch to a LiDAR point cloud for a more in-depth environment analysis. Bidirectional real-time data transmission to the STW Cloud ensures transparency and enables remote configuration and maintenance.

 The Safety Assist is a modular software solution for intelligent machine perimeter monitoring. It uses AI-based person detection, dynamic views, and warning zones to enhance the safety of people in the machine’s work area, and can be flexibly expanded to support various machine types as well as future assistance functions.
