For pressure switching tasks in pneumatic and hydraulic systems, we offer a modular pressure switch system that provides the right answer to every requirement. Pressure connection, pressure range, electrical connection and switching type can be combined in almost any way. The pressure switches have been developed for use in harsh ambient conditions and have the E1 test mark. The mechanical and electronic properties have been specified for this purpose. In addition to the numerous combination options, we also offer the design, manufacture and supply of OEM versions. Silicon measuring cells are used for lower pressure ranges, up to 7 bar. These can be used at media temperatures from -40 °C to +85 °C. For high pressure ranges, from 10 bar to 2000 bar, which are often required for use in mobile machinery, welded stainless steel measuring cells are used. These are generally suitable for media temperatures from -40 °C to +150 °C. Depending on the choice of measuring cell and the material in contact with the medium, the pressure switches can be used with aggressive gases and liquids. Versions in 316L stainless steel for use with hydrogen are also available on request.
